Pricing questions
What counts as data?
Everything you send to Televane: metrics, logs, traces, events and synthetic results, measured in gigabytes each month. There is no charge per host, container, user (within your plan's limit) or query.
What happens when I reach my data limit?
On Free, Televane stops accepting new data until the next month; nothing is charged. On Pro and Business, data above the included amount is billed per GB at the end of the month.
How does the free trial work?
A new organization can try Pro for 14 days without a card. At the end it moves to the Free plan automatically unless you choose a paid plan.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly plans are 10% cheaper than paying monthly and are invoiced at the start of the year. Data above the included amount is still billed monthly.
Which currencies and payment methods can I use?
Prices are set in Indian rupees and US dollars. In India you can pay by card, UPI or net banking and receive a GST invoice; elsewhere, by card.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time under Plans & Pricing in the portal. Upgrades apply straight away; on a yearly plan, a change takes effect at the end of the year.
